Applications open November 3! You can sign up to be part of this event by logging into your Camp Doc account.

Camper check in is at 10am on February 7, and camper pickup is at 5pm.

The cost to attend this event is $100. Respite funds with contracted counties may be used to pay for this event. Payment or respite authorization is due by January 20.

New campers will need to fill out the pre-application and submit references by December 12 as the first step. After review, they will then be contacted with next steps.

If you attended our 2025 Summer Camp sessions or Harvesting Sunshine, your application information is saved but we still need you to register for this event and review your application for accuracy. It shouldn’t take long! PLEASE prioritize updating all medical information, medications and sign all required waivers. Returning camper applications should be complete by December 31.

The time frame for counselors to commit is 9am-5pm.

We are inviting both counselors and leadership to sign up for this event as a counselor that will be paired 1:1 with a camper! Sign-ups for counselors will open in Civic Champs on November 3!
