A Note from Kathy

Throughout our history, Camp Sunshine has chosen a theme to accompany us for overnight camp. As we continue to expand programming, the team of Camp Sunshine recognized that we could carry that theme throughout our entire year. It could be…a guiding light for how we want to be at camp and in the world. 

 

2024 was focused on the theme of I AM LIGHT. We recognized the LIGHT each one of us brings to Camp and to our world. Sometimes our light may be a mere spark, a small twinkling star and sometimes we may shine like the noonday sun. No matter the brightness, LIGHT always shines through the darkness. May we always remember that the LIGHT we experience in others helps us to be bearers and keepers of the LIGHT.

We present to you our 2024 Annual Report with our gratitude for your support and encouragement. May the LIGHT within us brighten the lives of our families and friends. May our Sunshine community bring the LIGHT of healing and hope to our world.
